We collect data you provide when registering (name, email, role), data generated by platform use (property views, inquiries, appointments), and technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and analytics.
Legal basis
We process personal data exclusively under the lawful bases defined in GDPR Art. 6 — primarily contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Marketing communications are based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Purpose of processing
To provide and improve the Vistera platform, facilitate communication between buyers and agents, and comply with legal obligations.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. Sharing occurs only where necessary for service delivery (e.g. Supabase for data storage, Vercel for hosting) or where legally required.
Your rights

Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Account data is deleted upon request.
