These terms govern the use of the Vistera platform (vistera.at), a digital property discovery platform offering immersive 360° VR property tours.
2. Services
Vistera provides a digital platform for virtual property viewings, agent tooling for listing management, and appointment scheduling between buyers and agents.
3. Use of the platform
Use of the platform is at the user's own responsibility. Users must not misuse the platform, post false listings, or engage in any activity that harms other users or agents.
4. Liability
Vistera does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of listing data provided by agents or third parties. We are not liable for losses arising from decisions made based on platform content.
5. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
